Title: Do it Monday? No chance luv

Picked up a new job today-really nice 5 bed detached with two outhouses set in 3 acres

35 quid for half hours work. Lovely

Problem is its 200 yards from the entrance to Dale Farm travellers site

She wanted me to do it Monday!!! If I can have a tin helmet, no probs I said

She forgot about the eviction-i wouldn't want to be within 2 miles, let alone 200 yards-gonna kick off big time

Just think of the extra PPE you would need to wear, full body armour ect. Could be a good idea for some free advertising though with all the news vans that might be there. You might even get an interview on the news.

The next door neighbour is the guy that tried to set fire to the entrance and has been getting death threats. Suprise

When I went yesterday, I passed one itv van and two police cars on their way out and also saw one family leaving

The lady reckons there are no w/c's down that lane because of the travellers-no canvassing Simon!!

She also paid apparently half of the value of the house is once they've been evicted

And so I bottled it and I'm going wednesday.

what it is I think they have built on the site without permision ::) they did buy the land,dont see why they should evict them,there not doing any harm,in the past I have know Travellers there ok! funny enough
I had to do some work on one of the sites,

Yeah, why obey the law?  What harm could come of a total free for all?  Why not just ignore ANY law that doesnt suit you?
