Title: carpet dye on carpet - any ideas

Doing a beige wool carpet next week were the client has had a blue runner on the carpet near the door way,whilst on holiday their dogs have peed on the runner and the blue has ran onto the beige carpet leaving several bluish stains/marks.

Any ideas on getting this out - is it possible?

You won't know until you attack it and sooner rather than later to give you the best chance of removal.
