its a tough one but I'm opting for option 2
-
option 2 especially if long standing customer
-
I had one of these. It was Brendan's neighbour. Initially, they wanted the con. roof cleaned and we agreed on a two monthly windowclean for £10. Just a small semi. Anyway, on receipt of the text to say I'd be round tomorrow I got one back saying hubby had lost his job. When I mentioned this to Brendan, he said it wasn't true - that he hadn't lost his job.
But... this person had only been a customer for three cleans, so perhaps not a fair comparison.
-
i wouldn't go as far as the last option. I would probably have to say i would hang myself before it became that bad ;D
-
I went for number 4 because there wasn't an option for egg their windows and kick their garden gate in. ;D ;D
"Not this times" usually have to find another windie.
-
you dont give the option which offers the customer what they want.
If they say "can you leave it this month" I leave it this month and return next.
First rule, Always listen. ;D
(Anyway, who in their right mind would consider moving to MK?)

tell em not my problem and who do they think they are cancelling with no notice inform them of your terms and conditions specifically the cancellation fee of 50% ;) ;)
-
wouldnt clean them for free mates its a business you are running not a charity
-
I'd just say i was sorry and to give me a bell when they wanted them cleaning again.
-
let it completely ruin your day so much so that you feel you have to come on a forum and slag them off and hope everyone else feels sorry for you...................... That's the one for me ;D

i could well believe that with you as well ;D ;D ;D ;D

cant tick any option as we dont do 10 pound jobs ;D ;D ;D
-
Burn the house down. ;D

As you can see from the amount of posts I have made I am pretty new on here, but already figuring out who the wind up merchants are ;).........You know who you are ;D ;D
-
none of the above :o
-
Id say that they are due to be done today, and you havent given notice. Therefore you can either pay to have them cleaned now, and have them cleaned now and i will put your account on hold until further notice, or you can decide not to have them cleaned now, we will still leave you the bill to be paid for today, and we will never come back again, your choice.
People like that annoy me so so much. Check my ts and cs on www.stockclean.co.uk

I would suggest that there are other ways of making payment and that the husband can either watch or sit in the next room with the TV up. ;)
