Why are Brodex so bad in their after sales ? I have used their products for nearly a year and they are good, but shortly after I bought the product I had an issue that they would not resolve !
Constantly on here they are getting bad press for after sales issues and I just cannot work out why they would neglect this, as it is good business sense to look after your customers!
Could somone from Brodex explain ?

They wont explain, instead they will make you feel like your an idiot for expecting them to even care too hoots about any issues you might have.
Last conversation i had with them was so frustrating I said in no uncertian terms that i hope they go bust due to their lack of customer care.
Very frustrating company to deal with, dis interested employees, only interested in one thing your credit/debit card number and how much stuff they can flog u. After that they dont give a monkeys unless u want to buy more stuff from them, which i never will now.

I bought three poles with a three year guarantee, but the 25 pole collar came loose !
I contacted them not understanding why , but feeling smug knowing I had the three year guarantee that they would sort it out asap.
I phoned them to explain my problem and was told to buy some glue, so i told them I had the " three year guarantee " . . . . . . " we do not send out glue" ! they said .
Small point but enough to get me ask myself who I am going to spend my money with.

Ah , the 3 pole deal , 7,18,25 , dont know what you paid but i got them in the £195 offer , when they arrived 3 sections of 2 of the poles were dented and scatched , i got right on the phone and had 3 brand new sections with me in 2 days , i asked if i should give the courier the damaged sections back , the guy said bin em , im still using them now !

poope !!! , but one fella there , after numerous phone calls , for accidentally overcharging me ,I asked why has it taken so long to sort out ,,, His words , " Because I`m Compitent "
