Title: COSHH template needed please.

Hi,
Does anyone have a blank template that I could personalise in a hurry please.

I can scan and modify but it would look pants, be nice to do one on the PC.

To top it all I could do with it asap please, short notice commercial quote tomorrow and only ever done domestic work.

Hi,
I can find one for risk assesments but I need one for various chemicals, so I can complete with what chems I use.
If that makes sense.

the msds should identify your chems..

Hi The Company that supply your Chemicals should supply you with the coshh details.
