Hi I'm an account manager for a cleaning.

Just wanted to know if anyone uses there work car/van for work life and home life as well how do you separate the costs on your expenses.

If you use a fuel card how do you differentiate be the fuel used for work and the fuel used for home life.

My van expenses are 80% work 20% private use but the vechicle on the left is a company vechicle  8) - the tax man is happy at that ratio but you could also keep a mileage log but I can't be asked
