Would anyone know if adding this to a foaming shampoo stop the foaming?

Not 100% sure Shaun but it does seem to stop the waste tank from foaming completely (there is always a bit of foam created in the waste tank) when I use a fair bit of citra boost on a carpet. Same with Citrus Gel!

No Shaun only products that have a silicone or wax base will stop the foaming. Some Citra chems do foam a lot, the gel ones dont foam as much.

how are you going to use the shampoo? from what I've read  citrus( d'lemonine) based additives are very prone to leaving a sticky residue that does cause re-soiling, they need a thorough rinsing out

this is why you never see citrus based bonnet or encapsulation based presprays. if you want to add a degreaser to a foam cleaning system then don't use citrus based.

What type of soiling are you trying to cut with the Citra Boost? Oxibrite may be a better choice if its organic soils.

I've got a job in a works canteen that is really grotty, the window for cleaning and drying is very short, hwe is out and dry granule is out as it takes too long for the amount of soiling, the works is a 24 hour food packaging company.

Oxybrite looks the best option, as Mike suggests Citra boost needs rinsing.

Mike not all citrus or citra type products contain d'lemonine ( oil) but rather citric acid which can foam ok when mixed with a detergent or surfactant.

It all depends on the make up of  the total chemical formula of the product.

Chemspec Enzyme Shampoo is the best stuff I have found for canteen low profiles.

Add in trffic lane cleaner or energiser to boost it up if required.

NEVER fails.

Was using citra boost today and noticed once it was mixed with powerburst the 'suds' of the PB disappeared instantly so Id say it would work against you in your situation.
