I arranged mine through Gleaming the other evening, I had a question late at night so I emailed, never expecting a reply in a million years for at least 12 hours.
Mark replied within 5 minutes (and this was gone 2230 hours) and my problem was sorted out there and then.

Cert by email within hours, full breakdown of cost by post today.

A very happy customer!!
