Yes, they saw me when I was admitted to A+E with a saucepan on my head. I had to wait 4 hours, atrocious amount of time to have a saucepan removed from your bonce.

Who I was told was in charge of things like this, I think he was in charge of contracting for the group. I cant really answer on what the papers have to say to be honest - I just spoke to the guy who was in charge of that particular section. I cant see anything in the article about using national contractors it just says about debt. The article dosent refer to how they conduct their business. it makes no referrals of contracts, etc. The orignal op was asking I was gonna try and help out- cos on the ground floor I do hear things, awful lot, just trying to report back what I hear
