never heard of them but an impressive site, they can not possibly cover the whole country so must be sub contracting the work.
British Cleaning Services.
When I type their web site here it comes up with Cleanitup Services, which is weird why is that. ?
-
Im in their area and I have never heard or seen them around 8)
prices are cheep on their site looks like they are either a group of fellers gone in together to create a big group or some sort of franchise as the luton address is not a unit its a house (not saying it wrong to trade from you house I do it as well) but you would think advertising loads of offices they would be offices.

Rooms larger than 20mx20m incur £1.50 surcharge per square metre.
Jeez let me get this right.
£27 and with protector for 2 rooms of which....
Any room over 400sq/m :o incurs a surcharge.
Four hundred sq/m.....£27 ;D Anyone care to do the maths on that one?
I feel like doing a lot of subbing out at that rate, where's their number ;D

that will cause a few arguments on the day of cleaning

just got off a long convo with groupon, they're now cold calling companies i can't imagine why. they said they'd like to go with put a deal like £29 for 2 hours cleaning, of which groupon keep half, so that's less then £7.50 per hour! he said he expected that we'd keep 80% of the customers though this of course means groupon will be losing 80% of their customers, can't see them allowing that. you're essentially paying to 1) clean someone's dirt, and 2) make groupon a big company.
only one good point he made was that as the customer pays for the deal straight away but often waits a few months until they use the voucher that you'll have had 2/3 pay cheques since then so more likely to not mind another £30 increase for the hallway for instance, however what i can see happening is customers saving it for when the carpets are dirty or important occasions like xmas so you'll be stuck paying to clean carpets in the busiest period
