Not knocking the price but is it really that highly sought after .... take day off the windows and do some canvassing over there if it is.

Basically there's no rounds for sale in the area ATM and the ones that do come up command quite high prices top quality high priced WFP work can attract up to 10X months in some cases.
The asking price on the round mentioned is scandalous but if someone in fool enough to part with that sort of money then good luck to them.
...reminds me of the old saying "a fool and his money are soon parted"
