Title: Round for sale in preston

I have a round for sale in preston its worth £500+ on 4 weekly cleans,i canvassed and built it up myself over the last 3 months.
I have cleaned using traditional methods,reason for selling is i have been offered a full time job i cant refuse.
I am open to sensible offers any questions welcome,

Can i ask how many hours/days it takes dave? And whats the average price per house? Its not for me but if it sounds decent i will pass on to a lad i know that works up there

hi,
it is
Ribbleton
Plungington
lower penwortham
Ashton
all together there is about 1 weeks work based on a 6/8 hr day.
my average price per house ranges from mid terraced £6/£7, 1 commercial £10, some £10 jobs
price for terraced front only £3.50
i have been asked about guttering in penwortham and have a £10 first clean & also wants a  pvc frame clean which i have not quoted for yet.
all work is due in next 2 weeks.
there is loads of potential to expand in each area.

Fresh canversed work got b worth 2 possibly 3 cleans at a push
