Custy who offers a drink, pays in cash on the day or does a bank transfer so its there before you get home, one who keeps reccomending you to everyone they know, has a chat but never too long, always happy to see you, never complains about cleaning in the rain.
Got quite a few of them ... 2 today. First one - money waiting and a thankyou note with details of a friend of hers that wants her windows cleaning. Second one - clean the front and theres a coffee waiting round the back just how i like it (and a bowl of fresh tomatos from their greenhouse)
