Title: What do you do with your employees when it rains

1.let your employees stay at home till it stops?

2. get them to come in and wait till it stops so that that are ready to go when it stops raining?

1 if i let them stay at home they think they are haveing the day off

2 if i make them come in they have nothing to do

Also works for me as the money keeps coming in (no pun intended) ... Everyones a winner ... Oh and also get them to canvass the punter to see if they need a windie sorta 2 birds with 1 stone.. The amount of extra income that that generates over a 12 month period is quite substantial,
