What do you do when it is raining in the morning?
1.let your employees stay at home till it stops?
2. get them to come in and wait till it stops so that that are ready to go when it stops raining?

1 if i let them stay at home they think they are haveing the day off
2 if i make them come in they have nothing to do

we work no matter what the rain . if this winter get especially grim they can leaflet

We clean windows outside only or start inside than out (as the last job).

I pimp them out cottaging in the local gents - they keep 50% and seem happy at this. Also works for me as the money keeps coming in (no pun intended) ... Everyones a winner ... Oh and also get them to canvass the punter to see if they need a windie sorta 2 birds with 1 stone.. Hope this helps.

always something todo,why not clean a few upvc gutters when its raining :P

why not just buy them waterproofs

One of the + points of doing the type of work that we do is we never ever get rained off.
The amount of extra income that that generates over a 12 month period is quite substantial,
