Hi guys, Whats the best and easiest way to apply it...
Would you recommend applying it on to ply or on to bare metal??
What's the best way to prep the floor to also??
Cheers guys??

i applied it on painted metal after sanding it lighly to give the metal a "key" but tosh on here suggested using primer which in hindsight seems like a much much quicker easier way to prep the painted metal!
as for wood i dont know but it tells you on the side of the can i recon!
hope this helps

on metal, seal any little holes where you dont want the water to run it drivers area, spray prime the floor up let dry and then apply but where gloves as its a pain to get off
-
yeah it takes weeks to get off your hands! wearing gloves is very good advice!!!

Get two cans of primer paint, and it'll save you doing the sanding; it's much easier and quicker.

I'll ring you in a bit grant.
