Title: Wagtail advice please
Post by: joshem on September 03, 2011, 12:18:58 am
I'm interested in buying a Wagtail but don't know which to get as there's quite a few and they all seem to be pretty much the same...  Could anyone explain their differences?  I'd like one that successfully washes and squeegees in one motion.  What are the pros and cons?

I sold mine after a couple of months, as the applicator just never held enough water, I was constantly dipping it in my bucket.  I think it was the whirlwind version.

personally id say dont buy any bigger than 12 inch as i found the 14  really hurt my wrists after a few months ,the extra weight of the wet pad was what was hurting me

i like the 12 inch blue or yellow squeegee only ,without a pad .

I agree with iwitot and I think its only useful in certain applications, not all the time. ie good with weekly cleans and when you 'dont need to be too fussy' because I find I have to spend longer detailing edges. The technique makes my wrist ache after a while so I only use it occasionally.
