Title: Tracker on 2nd van - do u know what ur lads are doing !!

Until yesterday when behind 2 window cleaning lads in queue to pay for my lunch overheard them moaning about having no time to do their own side customers.

They have a sensible boss then....... "too much work to fit their own in" good for him.
Bet he doesn't let them take the van home either ;D

Trackers are ok, but easy to fool the boss:
"there was an accident and we were directed another way"
"there was a traffic jam and we were stuck"
and so on

i have had trackers on and off for 3 years. you know your business, you know how long things take, trackers are the way forward to run a tight ship. they may be able to blag the odd house if they wanted but defiantely not anything to be concerned about
