Title: Concept 2o problems?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone who has a Concept2o Hot system has expereinced problems with the van battery going dead, as the whole system is run off the van, or any other problems with this system?

Get a separate leisure battery fitted for the system. It is no good to run the system off your van battery as it will kill the van battery.

I have two of their systems it is the inverter which runs the lpg boiler that drains the battery. In the handbook it says to run the van for quarter of an hour per hour i find i need new battery every year great system cheap on gas and reliable, have bought solar panel used on boats but havent fitted it yet.
