Title: No work today

Woke up before the alarm this morning at 5.40 am, in pain with the right hand side of me lower back.
Trust this to happen when yesterday was a bank holiday Monday grrrrrrrrrr.
I was chasing out power sockets yesterday in our new kitchen and lifted a heavy worktop at a awkward angle, must have tweaked a muscle, oh well feet up all day then  >:(

thats the trouble-moving at an unusual angle. i almost put my back out tother week  spent 5 hours grubbing on my knees assembling a friends wardrobe-ungrate bugger didnt offer me a scrap of food neither

yet im fine floating up n down ladders all day

Ice Pack mate and bio-freeze gel from boots the chemist or similar freezing gel helps heal the injury faster . BIO-FREEZE is recommened by cyropractor's

Sorry about your bad back, Tripster; hope it sorts itself out quickly.  At our age, you've got to be careful when lifting heavy stuff; we're not 20 anymore.

I've woke up and motivation is low, but we're off out to work now.

Thinking about it is tougher than doing it; I find.

This is one of the reason I go to a physio every few months. I'm going this friday actually. I will get a back neck and shoulders followed by reflexology. Costs me £55 but keeps me nice and supple an ache free. Also another benifit is I'm in medicash so I can claim £300 a year for this type of treatment. Can't recommend it high enough, providing you find a good one that is and not a dodgy one who offers 'extras'
