The 2 chemical tanks are for the chemdry chemical, which mixes to form a carbonating one.
The chemical is sprayed at a very low pressure -120psi I think .
That makes this an oddball machine , though to a chem dry operator it is a bargain if the hours are low, this was sold for nearly 20k new

If the fault with it can be fixed "by a simple wire" why hasn't the seller fixed it before selling it? He's either simpler than a simple wire, or it is a worse problem than he's letting on ;)

Never ceases to amaze me how many people try selling stuff that is not working 100%, but is always "simple to fix", or "cheap to repair", "parts easily available on ebay". If it's that bloody cheap & easy to do why haven't they got there finger out and sorted it before advertising. ::)

Exactly Mark ;)

i believe this truckount is an unusual design it doesn't have a water pump but uses a compressor to mix the 2 cleaning solution, it would not lend its self easily to normal carpet cleaning.
but it could be adapted and knowing chemdry it will not have been built on the cheap, £2000 is not a bad price

It looks like half of a steamway sidekick to me.

The ChemDry Truckmounts are all built by Hydramster so repairs and parts would be very easy. From my recolection it would be easy enough to lose the compressor and fit a pump with new fresh water tank. Personally I think its a bargin at 2k even with the problem!
