Ideally i need to still use the trolley for the odd few terraced houses otherwise i would have to move pickup a lot more than i would like , I will hopefully be fitting a tonneau cover to back of pickup which is flat , To fit trolley in folded down i would have to tip trolley on its side , If i use trolley as a van mount will it be safe and practical to operate like this ,

as long as the battery is the right way up ,should be fine.

Thanks mike it wont be if i put trolley on its side , had every thing worked until my wife throws a spanner in the works and says she does' nt want a high canopy on the back , looks like i will have to buy and fit a new pump and controller , to new tank ,, thanks Mike

prowindow ive decided to get the extend2wash pumpbox.£145.pump,5speed controller, battery, charger all in one box.easy to remove for those cold winter nights.
some guys have had them for 2 years with no problems.must be the best value for money pumpbox out there!
i would either dump the terraced houses or ladder the backs and get rid of the trolley mate if i were you.
best wishes

Simple answer is to tell the wife to mind her own bloody business. Put the canopy /tilt on there and put what you want in it. It's a works vehicle. I wouldn't get a new pump box, I would get a new wife!!

chill out bob , my mate can reduce overall height of trolley by cutting it down in height and re-weld and re-paint , for nowt jobs a good un, MY WIFE IS A DIAMOND WOULD'NT SWAP FOR THE WORLD
-
Also it will be our one and only motor , so it will be used for everything else as well , Everything WFP will go in the back under tonneau cover apart from the pole which fits inside the double cab nicely . would post a pic but it wont upload with post

Can't you just mount a pump and controller on a board. Thats what I did. Mounted on a sack barrow its a trolley, back at the van its a vanmount.

I have a purefreedom trolley vince which i have used for over 3yrs now , would still like to have the use of the trolley for odd awkward house were access to rear of house is an issue or were parking is an issue

Anywhere you can get a trolley you can get a hose surely? And the 1% where you can't just drop them. You are going to waste too much time faffing about otherwise.

thats what i am thinking , but i will find out as i do the my round with the van mount . thats only way of knowing for sure , if i dont need trolley after a few weeks i sell the trolley and buy a battery & pump box . thanks for your opinion vince , MIKE ;D ;D
