Hi, we do 4 nightclubs every week. all of which require access via a privately owned site
The picture
The four buildings are owned by a local businessman. However the land/paths/carparks they are built on are owned by someone else.
I was approached by the owner of the land and told i needed more warning cones, so i went & bought some. And have displayed them where he desired each week.
Now he has approached me & asked for risk assessment & method statement, which is fair enough as he has a duty of care. We do some pretty high profile jobs, and never been asked for risk & method. So this is a first, im pretty sure i could draft them up myself but,
does anyone have any templates i could "borrow"
