can you upgrade any prochem machines with any powerhead attachments like you can add pw to karcher?

You could add the Extracta powerbrush to any portable but only requires about 120 "ish " psi. They come up on here occasionally.

would pw20 or pw30 from karcher work if i change the plugs?

Should do looks PW20 looks the same as Ashbys  but parts are expensive.

A new belt on Karcher Web Site is £57

By the sounds of it you have one alrady and have tried to replace bearings.

I was told bearing come as part of  replacement  brush

There's a big difference in the Extracta and little Karcher units. The Extracta is about 4 times the weight and of a very solid construction. Also the Extracta brush action is a forward / backward motion rather than spinning.

got 2 bearings out and replaced them with 2 new ones, cost me £10. New brush is 150
