Probably the best person to ask is Nathanael Jones.

The heater this business is offering for 199.99 plus delivery is the heater only and from what I can gather, does not include the box it sits on (which is a sealed enclosure for your gas bottle vented through the floor), the gas bottle, regulator, the outside LPG filler attachments or the flue and vent.

According to Nathanael this is the identical heater listed here on ebay.

If you look at this sale there is nearly all the detail you require except the minimium flow rate to activate the heater consistently. Most seem to work with a min flow rate of under 1 litre per minute, so I would guess this would be similar as they are all sorted from the same place I'm told.

Wow that's nearly half the price!!! It does look the same from the outside. So is this the equivalent of an L5 or Fogwash??

They are all similar.
The only things that you have to consider are the longer delivery time, import duty will need to be added and any warranty issues afterward. It does have a warranty but the cost of getting it actioned could be wasted money.
Peter's Fogwash is off the shelf, a little more expensive initially and maybe not as fancy (digitial temperature guage) but then if something goes wrong the cost of getting it sorted will be cheaper and quicker.
Personally, I would really consider the local one TBH for this reason.

You may of course be tempted to order 2 from China and so have one as a replacement should anything happen to the first one.
