I wish people like you would stop perpetuating this rubbish. A tank cannot be classed as unsafe because its unbaffled. And to go further the only standard we have as to a fitted tanks saftey is Ionics tank frame. And note thats the 'frame' not the way its fitted, its bolted down. Its the design of the frame that makes it 'measured' as safe and less prone in a frontal accient to fold forward and collapse. And thats the complete extent of in van tank saftey we know of, or that has been documented. And it was tested against the 'opposition' of a poorly fitted 1000 litre IBC for frame strength.
The van and system looks no great shakes to me, but lets get it straight, i wouldn't call it unsafe. I've never inspected it and neither have you.

so mike you be happy to run around with the tank not bolted or strapped down.
read what i said the words "could be"
just my thought
the frames on these ibs are sometime not bolted on to the pallet the plastic or wood pallets and just lip over the edge resting on the pallet, which the pallet could be wood and rotted and not take the weight.
and has i said seen better and better value for money :P
