Title: Keep it fresh

I recently made some updates to my website's design (and content) and I've moved back up in the Google rankings. The trouble is, how do I keep the content fresh so I can keep the high rankings? This is a window cleaning website and there ain't a great deal to say other than what I have already. I know you can somehow link blogs which is a good idea, however, what the hell am I supposed to blog about? Any suggestions appreciated, thanks.
