Title: Anyone cover erith kent 3rd floor flat

Got a job up for grabs in erith kent its a 3rd floor flat with 5 windows

been told you will need a 40ft pole i will be doing the first clean next saturday from the inside and the lady wants a regular window cleaner.

the only reason i don't want the job is i don't want to spend the dosh on a bigger pole for one job just yet  ;D

Nothing but hassle,the people below will moan about dirty water dripping down on their windows,when I do flats I do the lot or none of them,more hassle then their worth!
