Title: Nasty smells

Cleaned a bedroom carpet at a local hotel.  The smell of nicotine was terrible.  DEodorised but it only masked the smell.  Any ideas

The smell you describe,could well be in the fabric of the the room,ie the walls,curtains ect,
you might find that sealing the room,and using a fogger will rectify the prob.
