Title: ionics pro 10 vac pack

just received a glossy ionics catalogue of cleaning porn, and noticed this machine that is hot wfp for indoors and takes no re filling as vacs of the glass and gets used again.
Why would this not get used outside? is this the way forward?

Ive tried one and they are really slow
