I've been asked to quote for a pub,my first one.I'm badly struggling with the quote and I'd like to get it right as could be a nice earner. It has 7 of the Georgian sash windows (6 little panes in each sash) upstairs that they just want the outsides done.Downstairs has 13 of these sash windows and also a conservatory type annexe comprised of 20 panes at about 4 foot x 18 inches with little windows above.Plus a couple of doors. All the downstairs is to be done inside as well as out. This is in an affluent area of North West Kent.Would really appreciate any thoughts what other people would roughly quote.I realise pics would have been easier but it was all a bit spur of the moment and didn't get a chance. Many thanks.

Without pictures it's hard, and even with them we could only realistically give you some idea of the prices we'd charge in OUR area.
If you can work out roughly how long you'd expect it to take you; and believe me those little windows, using a 6" squeegie, can take longer than you'd imagine, you'll know how much to charge because you obviously know how much you want / need to earn per hour.
If you're WFP doing the outsides will be nice and quick; just rince a lot, but obviously the insides will need to be done by hand, which is the time consuming bit.
Good luck mate.

Will be time driven as well as for H&S reasons they won't want you there when they are open for business whether you are trad or wfp.
Forget it's an affluent area, they are running a business, just put your normal price in.
Do they want regular or is it just a one off, bump up the first clean just in case.
Would need to see pics to give a price, but as already mentioned it would only be what we would charge it at.

We clean every one of our pubs when they're open; in 20 odd years it's never been a problem.
