Hi all can any 1 help me on this, i striped down my system 2 insulate my shed for the winter, put it all back together and the tds has gone from 16 before to 26 now out of the ro??? Ive got a 40" hf4 and 2 x 20" pre filters ( which are just about due a 3 monthly change). But everything was sweet beforehand? Any suggestions thanks m ???

Make sure that all the fittings are air tight so that you won't loose any pressure and there for efficiency. Also keep all the pipe work to the smallest required lengths.

About the same as yours. My static is about 150 feet down the end of my garden so i get sub 90% purity out of my membrane

Meaning that the ro is at which end ? from house ro setup to static tank or with sys @ end of garden? Why sub 90% ?? I have mine run 3 metres from tap into pre filters then 2 feet into ro - sorry 2 b a pain in the arse but new to this please expand mate. Thanks m

Tap to static/ro is the distance. That run will reduce ro productivity, hence my high tds reading. Yours should be as before. As mentioned earlier, check fittings for air etc,inc membrance seating and pre filters and flush for an hour or so.
