anybody ware one of these because my neck has been killing me since I last did a school just before christmas and now I'm doing it again. I know i'll look like a right numptie but my neck just can't take it no more. I had to take 3 days of last time I did this job because of using a glass fiber pole so much. This time I got a clx  :)

when i first started my neck really gave me hell so i bought one wore it for ayear,i felt it really helped,until i built myself up and improved my method :) must say not that easy to ware
