I rent a good solid dry unit on a farm with mains water for £100 a month.
It's a 5 minute drive from my house, and its nice to have all my work stuff seperate from home.

I pay £108 a month + water and electric. Water works out about £10 - £12 a week and electric is very little. I think it's a decent deal.

I got lucky. I knew another W/C and I needed to buy water for a while till I sorted myself out as I needed to move out of the previous place. It turned out that there was another place to let in the same building so I went for it.
