Does anyone know have to get to 100% on maps cos I got myself on but its never complete?

I have listed my company on Google maps & they show your listing progress as a percentage, Ive added alsorts of detail, photo's, descriptions etc etc but the prgress has not reached 100% yet and I dont know what else I have to do to get it fully listed

have you got any testimonials or people slagging the company off??? people can write reviews but im not sure if this helps build up the percentage

I have tried everything too, I just keep coming back 95% complete. I find this with most online directories as well...
