i dont think you get one now unless you request one they expect you to doit online now your meant to download it off the hmrc website if you want a paper one im sure thats what i read somewhere on there i mite be mistaken but im sure thats the case m8 8) 8)

stan because of the outlay of the business,my costs equipment insurances and everything else
reciepts for 15k + outgoings
was only working weekends last year

if its your first return ,you havnt paid anything yet so how can you get a rebate

ive been working full time for he last 20 years of my life!
i earnt 25k plus for the last 5 years in my full time job so yes i have paid in and i paid tax last year although i spent more than i earnt in my then part time business.So i have paid in and have never claimed dole so i wouldnt know what that is like and have never stepped foot in a job centre!
