Anyone know the url for LTT professional products particulary the pigment range.
I've tried and tried to find the relevant page/s but to no avail.
-
do you mean this one?
http://www.leatherclinic.co.uk/
-
No, well sort of.
I was after the trade prices for pigments but having spoken to Judy they are undergoing a transition back to LTT in Harrogate for control of distribution, so that part of the website isn't up and running yet.

Wasn't that about a year ago ?

Supply of LTT leather cleaning products has been back with us for nearly a year now and these products are all on the website at www.leatherclinic.co.uk so can be ordered either via the website or direct from us. We have some new cleaners too for aniline style leathers which we have had great feedback about. We also have a new Pre Cleaner which has cut down cleaning time so saving time and money.
Technical products are all available the same as they were but there are changes imminent which will provide a bigger and better range of repair and restoration products together with some unique protection products - watch this space!!
Once all the changes have been put in place we will get all the products back on the website but in the meantime they can be ordered direct from us by phone or email.
If anyone wants a trade price list or product guide just give us a ring and we can email one to you.
Technical support is also back with us so just ring or email if you have a query. We do have the ansaphone on when we are dealing with orders but just leave a message and we will always call back, or email us on enquiries@lttsolutions.net
Hope this helps

Please find below copy of the email I have sent to Steven regarding prices of our products in response to his email to me.
I understand that you may feel that prices have been increased substantially over the last year but there are many factors that have influenced this.
Prior to November 2010 we had managed to hold our trade prices and had not increased them over the previous 3 years.
As many of our unique products are sourced from abroad so that we can supply the best products that are available to our customers, the fluctuations in exchange rates unfortunately meant that when our latest price review was done these had to be taken into consideration. Additionally the VAT rate was increased and all our suppliers increased their wholesale prices, including carriage costs and bottle prices.
All of the above factors have to be taken into consideration when setting our price structure.
Due to increased demands for our products we are now entering into negotiations with our suppliers for more advantageous costs which will then be passed on, and will benefit you and all our customers.
We are continually investigating new products and our research and development section are formulating improved protection products for leather which have been independantly tested and go far beyond any other on the market. Our service to both trade and retail customers includes free advice, help and follow up with regard to any leather cleaning and refinishing problems which we are only too pleased to help with.
I note from your email that you are happy with the quality of our products and trust that we can continue to be of service to you and others in the industry in the future bringing you all the latest developments which are changing the face of leather care.
Hope this helps
Regards
Judy Bass
Technical Director
Please remember that when comparing product prices a true comparison can only be done when the products are the same. There will always be cheaper leather care products on the market but most will not work in the same way or be as effective.
Over the last 2 weeks I have seen independant testing done on our products alongside most other major players in the market and there is no comparison in performance of protectors. We also have new produts which will be available shortly including a 3 year protector against stains which will be great for aniline leather and pale coloured pigments.
We continually work to improve our products and services to the trade inconjunction with some of the best leather technologists there are.
I hope this helps

Yeh your not wrong.
We've all done it thinking you can get a different branded product cheaper but does the same job, thing is they don't.
I've tried other manufacturers products and the only one I've never had a problem with was LTT's.
-
I believe the products from LTT to be the best by far, and I've always held the opinion that "you get what your pay for", but hopefully, as Judy has suggested in her response, we may see these prices come back down a bit :-\
-
Thanks for the email Steve - happy to help whenever we can.

As promised I now have the update on LTT Leather Protection products.
After long discussions with our factory and due to the increase in quantities of protector we are now selling we have commanded a much better bulk buying price.
This means we are now able to pass on a substantial REDUCTION :o (thats a word you don't hear often these days!!!) to our technicians and cleaners.
Please visit www.leatherclinic.co.uk or give us a ring at the office for the new prices which will take immediate effect.
Hope this helps

Dyson sell more vacuums than any body else because they MARKET/NETWORK better, but are their vacuum cleaners better ( They say they are) but we all know they are not and there are better vacuum cleaner suppliers to buy off with less Hype ;)
-
i sense someone doesnt like someone on here....
Isnt the argument the same with CC chemicals across the different brands??....
-
bbut are their vacuum cleaners better ( They say they are) but we all know they are not
£ for £ I'd rather have a dyson. Some of the range are questionable but some particulary the origional style do the job as good as any other.

On the other hand I would rather pay 300 quid on a 2 motor vac such as a sebo/nilfisk etc rather than 300 quid on a single motor vac that is inferior in use and construction. But hey Dyson sell millions all over the world every year ;D
-
Im sure LTT sell their fair share too
