Title: How Long ??

Just been to look at some offices that need cleaning.Approx 130 sq mtrs plus a stairs and corridor.

How long do you think it would take to clean that space HWE,the offices are empty so no moving stuff about.

Dont have any other system than HWE at the moment

Maybe hire a l m system  or ask your local dealer  were you get your machine spares and chems from wayne..

Break it down into work segments:

Vac - 30 mins
Spray - 45 mins (to include any making up)
Agitation - 45 mins (max)
Dwell - 0 - 30 mins depending on your preference/solutions
Extract - 1.5 hours max

Without seeing it I reckon it would take 4 hours
