Title: That's when good neighbours...

Fortunately the majority of my work is within a mile radius. I have never canvassed neighbours which are close enough to see my home. I worry that I may attract a poor payer or moaner which could create hard feelings. What do you lot think?

Ditto - however over time they have approached me so i now clean them,  same as friends & family, but if they ask
and pay then work is work

people in my street ask me all the time to clean there windows
i say i just do offices, theres 4 windies work in my small grove and i dont want them to set my van on fire! although that could happen anyway coz there riots startin 1 mile down the road

batten down the hatches!!!!!

The Wiley old bird next door has got me doing hers for free. Well a bottle of wine.
Don't mind shes a great neighbour takes in parcels puts up with my kids on their trampoline. Etc
But you have to watch her she almost got me to jetwash her drive, but I saw it coming and dodged that bullet.  :)

I lived right out in sticks without any neighbours for a mile but last year i moved and i used to clean next door. I dont know what it is, but i hate going round to clean them, i agree about neighbours possible hard feelings etc.
