this type of membrane works of low water pressure!

does anyone know how low as my tap water is 20psi

my tap preasure is 30 psi i have a merlin and it aint workin great
would i be better with a 4040 then?

 i nos this but if an ro can work better at low  tap psi
i might be money better spent in the long run GB

I think 60psi is the lowest it will go.

Ps Also when the water board dropped our pressure from 80psi to 40psi it was useless, so had to buy a booster pump.

I have a 4040 HF5.  It operates at pressures between about 32 and 40 PSI (depending if anyone else in the complex is using water).  It's not an optimum performance but it's sufficient for me to avoid a booster pump.
From tap TDS of about 200 it gives me a TDS between 008 and 016 at a rate of anything between 65 and 95 litres per hour.  The last time the production dropped, it increased again after changing pre-filters.
20 PSI sounds very low and I haven't had mine that low.

I think it is 32 psi? I have a HF5, coming up for 2 years old now!
I have a booster pump, boosts up to 60-65 psi, Tds out 15, in 378!
I also have a HF4 that is about 5 years old, same details as above, but Tds out 9-10!

merlin are only anygood with high water pressure,add a booster pump will be cheaper than buying a new ro

I got this one pumps at well over 100psi fills 500ltrs in one hour 10 mins.
