Been asked about how to clean this. The grouting is below the surface of the tiles so any form of mopping leaves residue along the grout line.
Also if you cover Bristol would you like to quote? Needs to be done on a Sunday night after 11pm Cabot Circus shopping centre

Hi
I have done loads of this its a right pain when the grout is to far below the tile. you can steam it. but found the best way is to scrub it.
you can get a deck scrubber called a grout grabber it has V head that goes in the grout lines. soak it well with decent hard surface cleaner. scrub all the lines then rotary with pad if necessary wet vac slurry damp mop dry.
its hard work but quick enough once you get going.
cheers

Thanks for your help

It's simple!
Rotary Scrubber with a soft to medium rotary brush, a wet vac, Aqua Mix Heavy duty Tile & Grout Cleaner and some 320 Grit Honing Powder. You only need a grout brush for the edges. Dwell time important. Fastest easiest money going

As Kev says. Restore it following the above. If you are looking to do it on a regular basis a rotowash or multiwash type machine will be the fastest way as it's contra rotating action gets down into the grout and leaves the floor almost dry with minimum of moisture.

Try Tesco SODA CRYSTAL dilute in warm water and let the solution dwell for 15 minutes and then scrub with UNGERS grout brush. A tenner will do the whole job
Beswt to stick to tried and tested methods. Internet sellers basically are after YOUR money!!!!!

I have always thought you were an idiot and you have now confirmed it. Soda Crystals on an unknown floor??? No pre wetting of floor and finally a decent grout brush all this for under a Tenner. You are one of those people who sits and dreams of how a job should be done. Either give good solid advice based on experience or keep your opinions to yourself.

In order to clean your restaurant floor you can use floor Cleaner, microfiber cloth, apple cider vinegar. You should wash the restaurant floor with wood cleaner at least once or twice a week.
-
Why would you wash a tiled floor with wood cleaner
-
Surely you wood use wood cleaner for wood, wood you not?
Maybe they are wood effect tiles. That wood make sense. Wood it not?

Talking to the UK STONE FEDERATION members I am of the opinion that the advice we get from the CLEAN IT UP forum participants is of the stone age era!!!! I would love to see OUR ADVISORS at the LONDON STONE SHOW at EXCEL next year!!!!!! I have just been to the VERONA MAEBLE SHOW in ITALY and did not see any restoration products discussed in our forum exhibited!!!!
I think what we need is for us to join an association like the MARBLE INSTITUTE and only recognised and well trained FORUM MEMBERS advice members who NEED HELP
Enough siad and some think to think about.

Patricia and Amir are the same person. He's now advocating we all need to join the Marble Institute of America and give correct advice. Clearly the MIA must advocate the use of Tesco Soda Crystals mate because no one on here knows what they are talking about???? We are all offering advice from the stone age and all the time Tesco have the answers
