Title: Hose connector shooting off
Post by: R.W.C.S on August 08, 2011, 01:59:47 pm
Hi guys,

Just wanted some advice. The hose connector which is just a month or two old (shown below) keeps shooting off despite having a relatively low sure flow. What's the best way to handle this?

New connector?

Clip - don't really wanna do this cos it'll catch on everything.

Or any other suggestions?

Can't see your pic.
Try PVC insulation tape- wrap it all around the connector. It may be a backup pressure creating the problem.

I can't see it either but if you get air in the system and you use a controller then it keeps pumping up the pressure until something blows.
