Title: yellow staining on wool berber cpt
Post by: Harry Roberts on August 04, 2011, 05:50:49 pm
I have a job next Monday which has a yellow stain on the cpt.

She says its come from a yellow coloured bubble bath.

Any ideas what might remove the staining?

Thanks for any advice

wool or man made? Agree defoamer in tank and down hose. Flush well with cold water until all the shampoo is out, take it easy as agitation will just make it worse and you could burst the fibre, wool will take longer to flush, then take a look at what's left. The colour may come with the soap, but it's important to get everything else out first. I would ask if they have treated it with anything too. And make no promises. RX may take any dye out but test first.
