Title: what do you use ?

turned up at one of my regular customers today and was shocked to see
all the windows were minging... this was caused by the gardener watering the garden so now saturday i need to sort it out... what do you chaps use to get the windows back to normal ???

i have tried that already its only been 5 weeks and the marks are stained already saying that we do live in a hard water area...

mineral diposit remover! charge them more for this service though! its not a standard maintenance clean anymore! you didnt cause this damage so they should make the gardener pay for it by rights really!!!

stans about as much help on this forum as a chocalote fire guard  :) arnt you stan?  ;) but we love him and wouldnt do without him  :-* if everyone was as good lucking and as helpful as me the world might possibly get a little boring  :-\

Charge a premium for cleaning this ...i.e an astronomically high figure say 50 quid a sq ft...I normally advise the customer that I have noticed this and normally that is the last time I have any dealings with it.

as in you dump the custy or just carry on cleaning them without hard water removal?

i charged them a good hourly rate plus materials on top...
it was not actually that hard work with the mdr but still hung the job out anyway  ;D ;D
