hiya all, have lost my copy of price increase, can anyone help me out please,,,  ;)

can use this if you want needs editing to your needs think i got it off here anyway and just changed it a bit..

Dear Sir / Madam
Ref: Price increase
Due to increased costs in running a small business (Inflation / fuel / insurance etc)      
Your company must unfortunately raise the cost of our window cleaning service to you.
We have avoided raising our prices for nearly 3 years, but can no longer prolong the inevitable.
This price change will be effective from our next visit onwards. Our charge for your window cleaning will increase from:
£__________ to £__________ this price will be fixed until January 2012.
We wish to thank you for your valued custom and know that you will understand the necessity for this price increase.
If you have, any questions then please feel free to contact me.
