Title: Tarmac stain removal?

Any one know what to use to get tarmac off stainles steel posts please

We had to remove Graffiti which was tar that had been brushed on to garage doors, we used petrol to remove it!

Careful with Petrol, H & S take a real dim view of this.

Most car spares places sell a safe to use tar remover which will shift this for you.

De-odourised kerosene will do the same job but without the fire hazard

 :) I used petrol to remove gum in a play centre last week - these things are great if you happen to have them but who does ?
