£45/hour - 37 hour week, 8 weeks holiday pay, BUPA, gym membership, company phone, company car and maybe relocation allowance

have you tried REMEPOY! A disability training organisation who encourage some disable people to gain meaningful employment. TRY THEM. they may need some encouragement,
and some motivation.
