give them a quote  showing  a monthly breakdown for each clean and an annual total for all cleans you are to undertake.

Trouble is the price per visit could end up to be a once a year clean when you have quoted a monthly clean for example. If you quote as an annual clean then your price is going to be too high for a more regular clean.

Quotes (better to call them Estimates) need to be specific in what you are offering. So you need to clearly state what the time span is between your visits at that price.

Personally, I would list cleans as monthly or every 2 months, twice a year and annually.

Once in writing they can't come back to you with an order for an annual clean at the monthly price.

I would also put a time limit on how long the estimate is valid for and that prices are subject to re-evaluation after a certain period of time. You don't want to be doing a competitively priced job at that price for the next 5 years, do you? Having lived in a country with a high inflation rate, this was part of every estimate. Britian has an inflation rate of 5% which will soon erode your margins. The way I see inflation is it is 2 fold. Your living costs and running costs are going up by 5% but the money they are paying you is devaluing by 5%.
