Title: RO PROBLEMS

struggling with my 100 gallons a  day ro system, cant get it down to 10 percent thru ro. tap reading is 320 today and can only get 48 before going into resin have changed 5 micron and block carbon filter yesterdayand everything tightened up membrane flushed for 10 minutes today. really dont know what else i can do any ideas would be appreciated

by the way this is the 100 gallons a day from john hewitt best ive ever had from it is 4ppm

How old is the membrane? Probably knackered

the membrane is probably  only 8 weeks old shouldnt i get a year out of it.

whats your water pressure and when you flush have you disconnected the resin first?

water pressure i dont know its connected to my garden tap, no booster pump on membrane yet my next job when i get time i think its connected ok no obvious leaks visibly but internal seals might be leaking i dont know how to check this i think that is probably my next step to change these seals

Should do, mine normally last a couple of years.

how do you mean disconnect the resin i just take out the resin cannister and screw up empty vessel back on

flush is in closed position i think when open water is coming out of waste only
