Title: Quick Vac Motor Question

hola

Recently bought a vac motor off ebay (seems genuine Lamb) but the only problem is that I bought the 1500 version and the ones in my AirFlex are 1200 :( poo.

They look exactly the same and the same size?!?!

So will they work in my machine? I am tempted to hook up the earth and two wires to this new vac to see if it works but worried in case I screw it up and void the warrenty.

Anyone got any ideas?

I use these 1500w they are very good motors.
