Title: such thing a telescopic pole for gutter vacs?

would save time, rather than keep putting all the poles together

If the vacuum hose is external to the pole then it's possible.
I used to do it with an Omnipole in conjunction with a carpet cleaning machine. Attach vacuum pipe (with self manufactured bend on end)  to top of pole and jobs a good un!
